Row background image without coding?

Hi there,

Is there any way to put a background image in a row. Found an old topic on this (2015) but in involves quite some coding and I am an idiot with that. So either I would need some very specific guidelines, or any other way…?

I would like to make a row with the food image as a background, so I can put the button “Maak nu een afspraak” in the middle of it.

Any help would be much appreciated!
