Regretfully, there is no such element is available currently for what you are trying to achieve, but it can be possible in near future with the Slider Element. Please find more details about the Slider Elelemnt was posted in our September Status Report here: https://theme.co/content/status-report-september-30-2021
For now, you can try that by using the Slider Revolution plugin, which may help you create a similar effect.
