Right Sidebar on only one page? How?

I just want to use a right sidebar on only one page. I viewed this support post and followed the instructions, but it does not add a right sidebar:

Hi,

For thise to work, your default content layout needs to have a sidebar.

You can set it under Theme Options > Kayout and Design
