Right click menu to copy, paste styles etc not working

Hi folks,

The right click menu in cornerstone seems to have stopped working. It used to work a few days ago but other than install plugins and create content in cornerstone i haven’t done much else. I have tried disabling all plugins, clearing cache etc to now avail. Has anyone else reported this? I will leave my site details in a secure note.

Hello Chris,

Thanks for writing in! Please update to the latest Pro theme 6.1.10 versions first. After the updates, you may need to clear your plugin caches and test the site again. Please do not update your WordPress core to 6.2 without updating the Pro theme first.

By the way, you can only copy and paste styles to the same elements only.

Hi @ruenel, i have updated to PRO version 6.1.1.0 and cleared my sites and browsers cache , and cornestone cache and still do not see the menu when right clicking on a text element for example. I have also disabled all plugins. Screenshot below. I have even tried to right click the text in my footer as per your screenshot but i do not get the menu. i did used to get this. Can i ask what browser you are using? i have tried chrome and firefox but still get he same:

I just get a standard right click menu as if it were on a webpage not in cornerstone.

PS i have not updated to WP 6.2 yet.
I also have another brand new site in which i have installed all the same plugins and do get the menu on this.

Hello Chris,

I am using MS Edge and Brave browsers. Both of them show the right-click menu like what I have on the screenshot. Please click the Cornerstone logo;

and click the gear icon at the bottom to launch the Cornerstone Preferences.

Maybe your Context Menu is disabled.

Hey @ruenel, my context menu wasnt disabled but… turning it off and back on again has fixed it! haha. Who would have thought. Thank you very much for your support as always have a great weekend!
