The transitions between slides are lagging and the animation isn’t smooth on the live published page but when opened in page builder (launching Pro) the animation is smooth.
Hello @rinascimento,
Thanks for asking.
Can you please share website URl for us to take a closer look?
Thanks.
It seems to be fine in mobile but I have the issue on MacBook Pro with Safari and Chrome latest versions.
I checked your website with my MacBook and Chrome browser. The result was this:
As the Revolution Slider is heavily using Javascript it might sometimes lag in different browsers even on ones you would think that do a great job of rendering JS stuff. I noticed that as soon as my recording software tried to record and an additional process was that the rev slider lagged a little bit, but after that, it went to smooth transition.
Unfortunately, there is no distinct way that we can suggest to boost up the performance, other than usage of smaller images with low capacity and using few tips given from Revolution Slider developers such as this one:
The images that you used for the slider are too big, about 1000px width and more. I suggest that you use a photo editing software such as Photoshop and bring them down to 600px width as for your use case the images will not get larger in view than 600px in my opinion
Thank you.
