Revslider : how to cycle through slides freely with horizontal transition (repost in support)

Hello,

I searched through the forums and the web and couldn’t find an answer to this simple question.

I want to create a carousel slider in which i would be able to continuously cycle through the slides without stopping on every single slide individually. I could, for example, stop between two slides. It would be a little bit like a web ticker but with the user controlling the animation by scrolling or dragging.

Is it possible to create it through revslider?

Thanks!

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! To resolve your issue, you must enable the infinity scrolling in the carousel settings. For more details, please check out this documentation:

Hope this helps.

Hello!
Thanks for the answer. I am not looking to make my carousel loop infinitely. Instead, i am looking to create a slider that would allow the user to scroll through the slides smoothly without stopping on every slide separately. This is an example of what i am trying to achieve : https://codepen.io/SitePoint/pen/MKExrG. The slides are flowing steadily when the user scrolls instead of transitioning one by one as in the default carousel in revslider. How can i achieve the same effect through X theme? Thanks a lot!!

Hello There,

We do not have any feature like what you have in mind in X theme. We use Revolution Slider to display the carousel. Your idea might not be possible at all as it could be beyond the limits of the functions on the post carousel slider in the Revolution Plugin.

You will have to find a 3rd party plugin that does the same as your example url or could be possible with custom development which you might need a developer if you are not familiar with codes. Please understand that your request is already beyond the scope of our support.

Thank you for your understanding.
