Revslider can't be updated

Hi guys,

Can’t update the revolution slider - everytime I try, plugin itself is removed from the plugin list.

It has to be the removed via ftp and uploaded again, update still will not work - current version 5.4.6.3.1.

Running newest wordpress and x theme.

Hi There,

Thanks for writing in! In that case, please take a backup of your sliders (you can use export option under your sliders).

Then delete the current version of your Revolution Slider plugin and install it again through X -> Validation section which will pickup the latest version automatically.

Then re-import your sliders to the revolution slider plugin.

In that case, please provide us with your login credentials in a secure note to check your issue.

Before doing that, please make sure that you’re running at least PHP v5.6.x on your server and make sure to enable your PHP cURL extension. You can use the following plugin to check your server configurations (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-serverinfo/).
