My Cornerstone is now working but revolution slider is rendering but it gives the error that the slider alias is not found. but the slider is there? I tried making a new slider but it says the same thing. It is only on the slider on the first page and not the other sliders I have through the site. Hcgsigns.com

As we do not have access to your WordPress Dashboard we can not make sure what should be the cause of the issue. Please kindly get back to us with the URL/User/Pass of your website to follow up the case. Meanwhile kindly follow the steps below to troubleshoot some common cases and get back to us with the result:

  • Make sure that you use the latest version of the theme and the Cornerstone, if not kindly update them
  • Purge all caches if you have a cache plugin
  • Check for possible 3rd party plugin conflict by deactivating all plugins except Cornerstone. If the problem is fixed then kindly activate them one by one to find the plugin responsible for the problem.
  • Is the problem only happening to one page or all pages? If only it is in one page that seems to be a corrupt one so try to recreate the page

Thank you.

Our URL is
www.HCGsigns.com

There is an error showing under the Rev. Slider on the home page.

Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias Slider not found.
Maybe you mean: ‘Vehicle Graphic’ or ‘Signs’ or ‘Banner’ or ‘Cool’ or ‘window’ or ‘home1’

Can you help with this?

Hello There,

To resolve this issue, simply edit the home page back in Cornerstone and click the Classic Revolution Slider element for you assign the slider you want to display again.

Hope this helps. Please let us know how it goes.

Thanks for your response. I tried that and nothing has changed. Can you look again?

Hi there,

Please try the following:

  1. Change the alias of the slider to something without any space like marks

  2. Go to Slider Settings > Problem Handlings > Trouble shooting then set Put JS Includes To Body to ON.

  3. Reset the slider in Cornerstone.

Hope this helps.
