Revolutionary Slider Movement with Navigation

Hello,

I am currently using the photography template for Slider Revolution.

The current settings of this slider should allow the individual slide to move with the vertical navigation, however, the page is sliding with the slider making the slider move up the page instead of navigating.

Here is a visual of what is it doing. I have tried to move around the placement of the slider (from the header to above the masthead to placing it in the page content) to combat this and nothing is working. This problem is prevalent in Chrome and in Safari it works as it should but doesn’t fully navigate the page to view the footer.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi There,

Thank you for writing in, please navigate to Slider Settings > Navigation > Misc and turn off the Mouse Scroll Navigation option.

Hope it helps,

Unfortunately, this didn’t work. The entire pages still moves when the mouse scrolls.
Any other idea why this is happening? Should the slider be placed in another area on the page?

Just figured it out. The header and footers cannot be used on navigation slider pages. They must be used alone.

Thank you for your help.

Hi @theHCC,

Glad you sorted things out, yes that type of slider is design to be a full-screen slider page. But you can also use that as Slider Above Masthead.

I have tested this on my dev site, I believe the admin bar (black bar) has something to do with the scrolling because if you’re not logged in, the page will not scroll.

Cheers!
