I have a licenced copy of Revolution slider on a website. It would update, so I followed ThemeCo’s instructions to deactivate the licence and then tried to reactivate. It doesn’t work. It just says “activation key already in use”. The slides are “broken”, I’m unable to update and can’t get any “support”. I have paid for it twice now, and won’t pay for it again.
Please provide a working licence or support.

Sorry to hear that you’re having that issue, but if you have purchased a licence for Revolution Slider, please use that purchased code from CodeCanyon (Envato).
The Revolution Slider that bundled with our Theme is free and does not need to be activated, with that said if you need to activate it then please use the purchased code from CodeCanyon (Envato) and not the license of the theme. Hope this makes sense.
In the meantime, the slider might be in conflict with other JS code in the footer content. Please disable the “Include Libraries Globally” option in your slider global settings?
