Revolution Slider Won't Open in Cornerstone

So i just recently bough my X theme, and installed “agency” extended as the theme.
At first while installing the revslider from X dashboard, error occurs. So i try to install the rev slider from my cpanel.

When i open cornerstone, it shows nothing. Just the cornerstone sidebar, and cornerstone logo. I try to deactivate and delete some plugin, and i found the cornerstone works when i deactive the revslider.

Can you help me with this issue ?

and also, i saw notification to update of the rev slider, from 5.4.7.1 to 5.4.7.2 version. I try to update it, but the update seems like take forever, it just show “Enabling maintenance mode” but for hours it doesn’t change. please help.

According to your mentioned issue it seems a issue with your server permission. How ever we are not exactly sure about.

We would also like to recommend you to increase your PHP memory limit and check if the issue resolved.

Contact your host to increase your allocated memory or do it yourself by adding this code in your wp-config.php

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

Hey @aidilpananrang,

The issue in your site is low memory (see Secure Note) and adding the code suggested previously to increase memory does not take effect because there’s most probably a hard limit set by your web host. Please contact your host to increase the memory. If they don’t allow to increase the memory, regretfully, you will need to migrate to another host. Here’s a guide choosing a web host.
