Revolution Slider Vimeo action works on desktop not on mobile

Any ideas?
We have two buttons on our slider one simple link to open video gallery page and the other a click action which plays a vimeo video that is layered under/over the slider. Works fine on desktop, not working on chrome android.

It seems that you are using an older version of the X theme, Cornerstone plugin, and the Slider Revolution. I would request you to check the versions from our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/docs/version-compatibility and make sure everything is up to date.

We understand about the registration season, if you have staging site we can do the testing/troubleshooting in there instead. Update the staging site first, then clear all caching features. And if the issue persists, please provide us the URL and login credentials in a secure note.

Ok. I updated the 2FA requirements. I noticed there was critical error which prevented me from logging in to change the 2FA settings. I had to restore the site from a backup which rolled back the 4.0.7 update. I tried updated to 4.0.8 a few minutes ago but there is an error. ‘Update package not available’ When you log in. In order to reproduce the issue, you’ll need to get the 4.0.7 update re-installed.

Hey Danny,

There is a critical error when I installed 4.0.9 which is the latest version.

Please restore your site to using Pro 3.2.3 then deactivate all plugins except Slider Revolution so we can be sure that the issue is only with Slider Revolution and Pro 4.0.9

Also, please give us FTP access so we could see what’s causing the critical error.
