Revolution Slider video settings

I have added a video to Revolution Slider. I have issues with the following:

1. I cannot get the audio to come on when it comes up. It has audio but forces me to turn it up manually in order for it to be heard.
2. It wants to skip to the next slide. I have “Pause Timer during Play” enabled. I need it to display until the video ends or the user chooses to move to the next slide.

*The settings I select also seem to disable themselves after I refresh the dashboard.

Please advise or show me where to find information that can assist me. I have been all over the Rev Slider site. Most of the screenshots they provide do not look like the interface I am seeing.

Thank you for reaching out to us.

1. In the Media Advanced settings, make sure Mute at Start option is turned off (see https://www.sliderrevolution.com/documentation/layer-video-audio-settings)

2. You can change the timing of the individual slides, for the video slide you can increase the time to a higher value (see https://www.sliderrevolution.com/faq/how-to-change-the-timing-of-slides)

Make sure you have updated your Revolution Slider plugin, you can find the latest version numbers here: (https://theme.co/docs/version-compatibility) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.
