Revolution Slider - Video not playing on IE 11

The slider has a video which should shows a smoke going out the cup, you can check it on Chrome, but the video is not playing on Internet Explorer 11.

I have no idea the reason why. What can I try to make it play correctly on IE 11?

Thank you for writing in, the video format you’ve used (.mpg & .ogg) is not supported by IE, I advise that you convert your video to .mp4 and .webm format (http://websitehelpers.com/video/)

And your video is too big for a background in terms of file size (26.8mb) and frame resolution (1920 x 1080), please optimize that to not more than 5mb.
