Revolution Slider Text Blurry on Safari

Hello!

I am having an issue with the button text on my Safari’s webpage. On Chrome, the button text is crisp and clear. Even on mobile Safari, the button text is nice and crisp. However, on my computer browser and I also tested on my friend’s computer browser, the buttons come out blurry. I really would like to fix this because I want my website to look professional.

It happened after I updated one of the links on the button.

Thank you so much for your help.

Alina

Hello Alina,

Thanks for writing in!

I have checked your site in my Safari and I could not replicate the issue.
This is what I am seeing:

Please clear your Safari browser cache or use private browsing mode and test your site again.

Hi!

Thank you so much for getting back to me! I did clear my cache and used private browsing mode before I came to the forum and was still having the issue. I also checked on my boyfriend’s and sister’s computer and got the same results. I honestly don’t know what it could be. Maybe it will resolve itself in time. However, it is still blurry on my end.

Thanks again!

Hi Alina,

Thank you for your message, I do understand that you and your friend saw the issue, but unfortunately I also can not recreate the problem. Maybe, it is something related to the devices that we use.

I use Macbook Pro 2012 with Safari version 13.05. You can check your Safari browser version and that might be the problem cause.

If this is something that happens for an older version of the Safari browser I’m afraid that Revolution Slider will not support older versions of the Safari browser.

What I can suggest is that you use an alternative method and use the normal Section feature of Cornerstone and use the background image for the section to achieve the same result:

Then you can use the Button elements to add the buttons and you will have all sorts of options to have something like the one that you already have:

Thank you.

Thank you for your help!

For reference, I have a Mid-2015 MacBook Pro and I’m running the latest version of Safari - Version 13.0.5.

I always make sure that I’m updated and running the latest versions of everything.

I’ll try alternate methods.

Thanks again.

You are most welcome!
