Is it true that we cant use de premade layers and templates from the revolution slider without buying the plugin itself?

Hi @rodneyverweij,

The templates are offered by the Slider Revolution’s author, ThemePunch for Slider Revolution license orders only. With that said, you will need to purchase the Slider Revolution directly from ThemePunch.

Just to clarify, if a plugin is bundled in a theme like Slider Revolution in X/Pro, there is no license for the bundled plugins.
The license is required to activate premium features such as the templates.
