Revolution slider stopped working asking for a product key?

I have 3 clients sites that use this and it’s stopped working on all of them?

Revolution Slider plugin or any of the extension bundled with theme doesn’t need a purchase code. You just need to validate the X Theme from X > Validation and install the plugins from X > Validation > Extensions.

Thanks but…

The plug in has been working fine for months and is installed etc. But has just stopped running the video? if I check via x extensions it says installed and active? But…

I am actually confused with your latest reply. In your first message you wrote about purchase key issue. Can you please confirm wether or not you are able to use Revolution Slider?

Regarding latest message you posted that video is not playing. Can you please make sure you are using Supported Version of Revolution Slider? As of today the supported version of Revolution Slider is 5.4.7.4. Please make sure that you are running the supported version. After that test for plugin conflict by deactivating all plugins from Plugins > Installed Plugins and see if Revolution Slider is working. If it is, then reactivate one plugin at a time to narrow down the plugin or plugins causing the problem.

In case issue is still there, please share website URL for us to take a closer look.

Hi, the websites that I was using rev slider in the heading were/are fullylove.com and argusmgmt.com

I have checked both websites and I can see the video is running properly. Could you please try clearing your browser cache and re-test this issue again.

If not, please mention the browser that you’re checking so that we can try to reproduce the issue.

Hi, just checked…IE works fine, Chrome not (I’ve cleared cache etc.) Thank you.

I can confirm this issue on my end, and it’s because of this error

Would it be okay if you can provide your login credentials on both site? For the meantime, please check this https://stackoverflow.com/questions/25661182/embed-youtube-video-refused-to-display-in-a-frame-because-it-set-x-frame-opti and contact your hosting provider to allow iframe embeds through X-Frame-Options. If it’s set to block/sameorigin, then it will not allow other iframes with source different from your domain.
