Revolution Slider Stopped Displaying Images

Hi there,

The sliders have stopped working correctly on this website: https://sunroomsuk.com/
The images have disappeared and when I go to edit them, both the images and the text don’t display.

I’ve since updated everything and disabled the plugins to check for conflicts but nothing works. I’ve turned off lazy loading too. Can you please help? I’ll put the login details in the next post.

Hey, not official support here but I took a quick look. Not sure if this is the issue but the URLs for the images in your slider are from a different website. When I load one of the images the URL changes to the one you mention above. Seems to me you just need to update the URLs for the images.

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked your website and found the images used in the Slider are coming from the https://luksusoutdoorliving.co.uk which is having the expired SSL certificate as shown in the second screenshot.

I went ahead and proceed to the unsafe option and found that the URL is redirecting to your current URL, if that is the case, I would suggest you replace the URL for the slider images or re-assign the images from your current website.

Ah thank you both so much, I’ve now fixed the issue. It was a website port and clearly the Rev Slider URLs hadn’t updated when I ran the database update. Better Search and Replace to the rescue.
