Revolution slider responsive

Hi There

Try as I might I cannot get the slides that I have done for revolution slider to be responsive and show correctly or even the same colours as desktop.

I have created the slider using fonts and colours and have selected responsive on all the elements BUT it follows with colours down to mobile then the mobile colours are black !

The main images dont show correctly on small screens.

Any advice would very much be appreciated.

Since they changed everything I think it is a lot harder to use even for the basic stuff.

Hi Eileen,

Please check Image 5 layer. Set to mobile view. Then on Layer Options > Size & Pos : Adjust correct position. See below:

Hi Lely

It does not really help because surely I don’t have to change everything for every size of screen.

The text is the wrong colour etc etc and I have selected responsive sizing on the desktop so surely what you create for the desktop should responsively resize for the other screen sizes. Images text buttons etc. and keep the same colours fonts etc.

I have looked at the layer options but I dont know if what I have done is correct.

Hey Eileen,

I checked your slider and the font colors on desktop is the same up to mobile view (real phone). The text also scales up and down. See screenshots in the secure note.

Would you mind showing us what you’re seeing on your end. Please also try clearing your browser’s cache again. Also try viewing your site in incognito mode and other browsers.

If that doesn’t help, would you mind providing a screenshot of the issue and also the name and version of your OS and browser so maybe we can replicate the issue.

Thank you so much but spent the whole afternoon getting it right so hopefully is now ok.

I dont find this new version of rev slider intuitive but that may just be a learning curve. It was a huge change all at once!

Yes I agree, major changes at once can be overwhelming, but this is how Revolution Slider now its worth learning.

major change yeah I hear you- I gave up and created a desktop slider and a mobile only slider- couldn’t be bothered learning www.kidsmagicworld.com.au
