Hi, I have revoked the X license from one URL to another. Followed the procedure, installed the wordpress X theme. Activated the license, changed the license URL on apex. However, the Revolution slider is not activated on the new URL. It says that no activation is needed if you bought the plugin with a Theme. But it won’t activate automatically.

If your plugin is active on WP Admin > Plugins > you can ignore the internal message of activation.
The only difference between the purchsed version and the version bundled with X is that you need to import the slider manually from their site and not direct from inside the plugin + there are some premium sliders which are only available if you purchase the plugin.
With the version of RS bundled with X you still can download a lot of cool templates from the following page:

Thanks for such quick reply! Very appreciated.
The problem is that with the plugin activated the website is down and looks like on the image below.
Only by deactivating the plugin I can see every other section except the Slider revolution on top of the App-Demo-theme.

Did you install the demo before activating Revolution Slider?
If yes, please try installing the demo again.
If that is not the case, please provide your wp admin credentials in a secure note so we can take a closer look.
