Revolution Slider: No Preview available .... What to do?

Hi, I usually just stick to basic editing…

Anyways, I am using a demo for the first time called and its called agency. I downloaded it and the top slider is not popping up. It says Revolution Slider: No Preview available when editing in cornerstone. When on the website it says [rev_slider agency-home]. I am just wondering how to fix this? I believe it is an easy task?

Hello Jamie,

Thanks for writing in! You are experiencing the issue because Revolution Slider is not yet installed and activate. Please go to X > Validation > Extensions and install the Revolution Slider. If it is already installed then it means that the slider were not imported yet. This usually happens when you import the demo while the slider plugin is not active. The result is that the agency slider were not imported with the demo content. You will need to import the slider manually. If nothing is helping, provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
