Revolution slider newsletter Mailchimp connection error

Hi,
I have a connection error with the mailchimp connection when using the revolution slider “newsletter”. I followed the steps in their video where they show how to insert your own mailchimp connection, but when I test the sign-up form on my website it opens a new page with an 404-error message! I use safari.

May I see the video? Or is there a slider in the video? Because any codes with javascript will not work since they are layers and slides are usually duplicated to create an effect of infinite slide.

And please provide the site’s URL where this slider is present.
