is it posible to activate or deactivate the navigation arrows in revolution slider per slide?
I habe a fullscreen slider with 12 slides and I only want to show the arrows from slide 3 to 8.

As far as I know, there are no such options like that. It might be done by custom modifications, and you need to hire a dev for that.

I found a solution
I have built navigation arrows by myself with objects on static/global layer
Then I show the arrows only on specific slides:
Slider editor > Static Layers > Start on slide X end on slide Y
