Revolution Slider Loading Very Slowly in Chrome Desktop Only - HELP!

My client website has a Revolution Slider to open up the top of the homepage and is loading very slowly on Chrome desktop ONLY. On Chrome mobile, Safari desktop/mobile and Firefox desktop/mobile it loads absolutely fine. It is baffling to me that it is only not working on this one browser, on desktop only when the mobile version of the same browser works perfectly.

I’ve tried everything including:

  1. Changing the global Revolution Slider settings.
  2. Optimizing all the images.
  3. Deactivating Plugins
  4. Tested the CSS/Java
  5. Turning off our initial opt-in script.
  6. Clearing literally every cache known to man.

Our website is https://chulavistaresort.com. We host with Flywheel and have CloudFlare. What are we missing? Could it be something to do with the browser settings? Please help! Thank you in advance!

Hi there,

I already looked into that article and it didn’t help me at all. I already took those steps and wondering if the issue could be deeper. Do you know of any other things it could be or that I could try?

I could not replicate the issue. The Slider is loading fast on my Chrome browser.

Please clear your browser cache or use Incognito mode and test the site again.
