Revolution Slider Intermittent performance issues on mobile devices

Hi,

I have a full page revolution slider on the home page of my site zestadvertising.com.au with a video background. I am having intermittent issues with the rendering of the video (it appears a lot brighter on mobile than on desktop even though the settings are exactly the same), the layers don’t always load and sometimes the layers disappear after the video background begins to play. This only happens on mobile devices. There are no caching plugins installed and it works perfectly every time on desktop.

Any help you can give is appreciated.

Thanks for posting in.

The brightness depends on each device, and mobile devices tend to have a color correction or none, and of course, brightness setting is device specific.

I checked on my device and it’s working as expected, the layers are there too. Perhaps it’s connectivity issue on your device? It could happen on a slower connection as assets as still loading.

Thanks, but my devices all work perfectly, but the clients’ devices do not! Do you have any suggestions as to how to get around the dodgy loading?

I checked your site on my phone and looks like you disabled loading the video in mobile? Please also try the suggestions in ThemePunch’s Troubleshooting Tips
