Revolution Slider Install - Destination Folder Already Exists

I no longer have Revolution Slider on my plug-ins since updating/buying new themeco licence. I have tried to install and activate the new Slider Revolution Extension, however the following message displays:

Installing the plugin…

Destination folder already exists. /var/www/vhosts/chestersre.com.au/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/revslider/

Plugin installation failed.

Please can you advise how to proceed.

Hi Greer,

It seems that there is already a revslider directory in your plugins folder.

Please login through FTP then go to wp-content/plugins then download and delete the current revslider directory that is in there.

Once deleted, go back to the Wordpress admin and install Revolution Slider.
