Revolution slider import is freezing

Hi, I have been trying to download a new revolution slider and each time I try to install the selected slider it just freezes. See the attached frozen state.

Help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey,

To check this issue closer, can you provide to us your website link and the WP credentials in a secure note? But before it, you can try to check if your PHP memory limit is increased or if there`s any plugin conflict disabling all of them.

I’ve added a secure note. I recently added Drift App Plugin and just deactivated it with no luck. Revolution Slider has always worked and have not had issues with the plugin before.

  1. Your website is unable to perform outbound connections.
    – Not possible, as there are no issues in the backend.

  2. A conflict exists with your current theme.
    – This is possible I believe you should be able to advise

  3. The plugin was packaged with your theme, and some of the premium templates are not available.
    – This is possible I believe you should be able to advise

So in summary 1 is not an issue and 2-3 are both theme related. I would appreciate if you could look into this.

Hi Paul,

I’ve checked your install and when a template is installed/trying to install it returns that the purchase code is invalid in the wp-admin ajax response (https://monosnap.com/file/kumm1n5OXwiZe8kTTKKDXiqdU3qJZY#) I’d recommend reaching out to ThemePunch directly.

Sure did. This is what I did:

  1. Delete your key from the setup area and click save/update and refresh your screen
  2. Add your key back and save, tada!

Weird… because all I ended up doing was going to “Plugin Activation”, clicking “Deregister the code”, then adding the code back in and registering the key.
