I have tried resizing the images on my slider to fit the layered grid size that I set for the particular slider, however, my images are still not fitting. What I see on the designer is not what appears on the site. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
Above is what the image looks like. It’s distorted and things are cut off.

I can see the image itself is stretched.
Can you please use an image of the 2000px width and 600px height and let us know if that works for you.

I have done that , however, it still cuts the image off. I found a much larger image and then scaled it to 2000 by 600 but now it’s cut off. Not sure how to fix the issue. Tks. Can you please reply to a different email. I am attempting to change the email on my account but it does not let me. I have paid for maybe four different licenses but it requires me to provide a different email every time rather than just letting me combine the accounts and I no longer utilize the email provided for this account.

The slider image is set as a background, and the background size is set to cover.
You have 2 options here, first is on the Slider Settings, increase the height that you set from the Layer Grid Size until your background-image is not cut off.
Second is on the background Source Settings, please adjust the Background Fit option until you get the desired look
