Revolution Slider - Hidden layers or CSS - unable to edit

Hi There

I am building a website at the moment and have download one of the free slider revolution templates to get me going. However there appears to be some bits where I cannot remove or even see them as layers or items.

Please keep the site confidential at the moment so will give you the link in the secure note.

At the top right of the slider there is a menu list which you can open and close - cannot find that anywhere.

At the top left there is an icon - again cannot find that anywhere.

I have inspected the elements and see there is some css involved BUT this is not available from within slider revolution or at least I cannot find it and I have looked in the css files of both pro and rev slider and can find nothing.

I would really appreciate any advice that you can give so that I can change or remove these items.
