Revolution Slider Gone. Error Encountered, Click for Details [blank]

I don’t know what happened but revolution slider stopped working and will not install. Also, clicking [details] of the error produces a blank modal window with no explanation.

Hi There,

Please try access your sita via FTP and removing RevSlider from wp-content/plugins

After that, try to install it again. If the issue persists, please remove X from wp-content/themes and re-install the theme.

You wont lose any content, all your changes are stored on the database not on the theme or plugins folders.

Deleting x-theme and revolution slider via sftp and reinstalling was ineffective. Problem persists.

Hi There,

Glad it worked! If you have added any modifications to your current child theme (for example if you have modified a template file and added your customizations inside your child theme), you need to copy those files. Then you can delete the old child theme and copy the modified files into your new child theme.
