Hi there,

I have an error with installing Revolution Slider. I’m starting with a fresh website. I tried to instal Revolution Slider but I got an error “folder already exist” but I can’t find the plugin in the pluginsection. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks!

Hi there @Travelpathy,

Thanks for posting!

This usually happens when you install a plugin and for whichever reason the install fails, such as your internet crashing and the install being stopped.

Login with FTP details or your hosts CPanel and go to the file manager. Navigate to wp-content/plugins and delete the “revslider” folder. You should then be able to install the plugin.

Thanks!
