Revolution slider doesn't resize with browser size

I’m using the latest version of Slider Revolution (version 6.5.18) to create a full screen background video on my home page.

Site: tinyurl.com/4k3npfb2

Is there a setting I’m overlooking that will make the video conform to whatever the browser size is? For example, if my browser window is opened small, and I stretch it to be larger, I’d like the video to enlarge, not leave a large empty space like it’s doing now:

I have “Responsive Behavior” turned on from the slider settings:

Thank you.

Hello @armintz,

Thanks for writing to us.

I checked your given page URL it seems that the slider is working fine at my end. It might be the issue of browser cache, I would suggest you please clear your browser cache and then check it again.

Thanks

I’ve tested and this issue persists after clearing cache, in multiple browsers and multiple devices. What happens when you enlarge your browser window after the slider has already loaded? That is the best way to see the issue I’m describing.

Hi @armintz,

I have adjusted the browser size by dragging the debugger tool window but didn’t find the issue you described here. I would suggest you lease provide any video that helps us to replicate and recognize the problem.

Thanks

Hi, no reason to use a debugger tool to see this particular issue, simply reload the home page with a small browser window, and then when it’s done loading, enlarge the browser window to a larger size… the issue will be obvious to see at this point, as a large white gap will appear for any browser size that is stretched beyond the original size it loaded at. For example:

If my browser window is opened small, and I stretch it to be larger, I’d like the video to enlarge with the browser window, instead it currently leaves a large empty space when you stretch the window to a larger size, see screenshot attached here.

Hi @armintz,

It seems that you have used the Video element for adding the background video. I would suggest you use the Background option to add the video, which may resolve your problem.

Thanks
