Our products and the bundled third party plugins including Slider Revolution has not have a capability to remove themselves from WordPress.
This is most probably caused by a process in your server, some custom code, or corruption during the update process. All of which are beyond the plugin’s control. Please login to your server and check if revslider is still in your plugins folder. If so, please delete it and go to X > Validation and reinstall it again.
