After changing my sites hero slider to a video slider with Revolution Slider, the site froze and I am unable to reload the site. I can’t even get into the wordpress dashboard to go back to the previous slider. I’ve tried going to ThemPunch support but support only comes with the premium version of Rev. Slider. So, I purchased the premium version but it still won’t let me submit a ticket on their support page. Is there ANYTHING I can do to get the site to load? Please help!

Please disable the “Include Libraries Globally” in the Slider Revolution > Globals settings.
After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches since you are using W3 Total Cache plugin so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
And please clear your browser cache too. You may use private browsing mode in testing your site to make sure that you are viewing the latest codes from the updates and not the cached version in your browser.
