You need to disable this option “Enable Scroll Bottom Anchor” from (Page Settings), check this screenshot:

Hi there,

Please try to edit the page then scroll down to the Slider Settings: Below Masthead settings and disable the Enable Scroll Bottom Anchor option from there.
