Revolution Slider 6 Column Aligned Bottom on Mobile

I have a column in revolution slider 6 that I have center-aligned in it’s Row Settings, but I want it bottom aligned only on mobile. I’ve attempted to do this with multiple configurations but no dice. Any idea how I can have the column center-aligned on every device except for mobile where it would need to be bottom aligned.

Hi @santosfel5,

Thanks for reaching out.

There’s an option in the Revolution Slider where you can create different styles on different devices, please the screenshot below.

Hope that helps.

Thank you.

I have all the device types enabled. The problem is the ‘Row Settiings’ ‘Row Position’ is global and not by the device as far as I can tell (you can see the row settings in my original graphic).

So for example, I set the Row Position to ‘veritcal center’ on (desktop, laptop, and tablet). I then click over to the Mobile Device in the dropdown you showed in your photo. Then I set the row position to ‘vertical bottom’.

The problem is once I set it to vertical bottom with mobile selected, it sets it to vertical bottom across all devices.

Hi @santosfel5,

Regretfully, the Revolution Slider does not have the option that you’re looking for. Even with a CSS media query, this is kind of tricky to do. So here’s my advice, duplicate your ROW (6columns) layer, then use the visibility option and show only the duplicate on mobile and hide it on other screen size, do the opposite on the original ROW. That way you can style your ROW separately for desktop and mobile view.

Cheers!

Thank for your help.

I already did the duplication method as a workaround. I was hoping for a cleaner solution without having to double the content. I guess we’ll have to wait until they put out media specific row content alignment.

Hey @santosfel5,

Yes currently this seems to be a only solution. Glad that we could be of help.

Cheers!
