Is it possible to add a scroll below slider action to mousewheel or mobile touch? Same action I have on the arrow down button.

The mousewheel and mobile touch navigation that is available in Revolution Slider is for switching from one slide to another and not for sliding to a new section. It could be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You may wish to consult a developer to assist you with this. X is quite extensible with child themes, so there are plenty of possibilities.

Unfortunately no, the Smooth Scroll is only for smooth scrolling. Please enable the scroll down button (arrow down) instead.
