Revoke not working

I revoked my license for x theme on the site I was using it.
I went to and changed the license over to new site.

When I go to new site it is still saying “Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.”

Do I have to wait a certain amount of time?


It should take effect immediately, try to re-assign to your old site and assign again to new site.

The validation failed because you assigned the license to a domain yet your staging site has a different url. ​To validate X properly, please do the following:
1] Please login to your account and assign the license. You need to assign the license to your site using this url: You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
2] Go back to X > Validate again, and insert the license code.
