Revoke my license on a deleted website

Hello,

I’ve been using the theme on www.pietenhuis-oosterhout.nl but that site has been deleted. Now i want to use this theme on the site https://berkelcircus.circuskunst.nl but there it sais that the code is used by another website.

How do i deal with this, since i cannot revoke the code on the deleted website. I’ve changed the website in my license overview.

i hope you can help soon because this is for a short and almost starting project.

Hey There,

I’ve did a reset of the license so you can now use the purchase code that you can find in your Dashboard and enter it in your new site’s Pro validation page. Let me know if you need anything else.

Thanks for the action but unfortunatly it has not helped i still get the message that it has been used on another site.

And it has worked. I decided to give it 1 more go and now it worked so i am happy and working again
