Revoke Licenses for reassignment please

I have two licenses that I would like to re-use on new sites (the old sites are no longer published.) I’ve tried multiple times, but unlocking the license and changing the URLs is not working.

When trying to validate after unlocking the license, I’m getting this message: Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.

I got the higher priority license to validate on the new site. I honestly don’t know how, but trying multiple times, I came back and it “stuck” with the correct new URL I kept changing, instead of reverting back to the old URL.

Mystery not solved, but at least I can get to work!

Hi @capodanno,

You have to unlock the License first in order to assign it to revoke and re-assign it to another account. Please find the screenshot describing the Unlock option.
