Revoke License Key (old site no longer available)

Hello,

I need an old site associated with a license key revoked; I was ignorant of having to revoke the license prior to changing the WordPress domain (and just re-assigning it to a new production URL in the account dashboard does not appear to be working).

I have cleared all cookies, replaced all instances of the old domain using the Better Search Replace plugin, the usual suspects.

I’ll drop the Admin URL / credentials for the new site (the old site’s server no longer exists, and the domain itself is just a redirect in a Cloudflare page rule, so it’s basically ethereal) in a secure note.

I can access the old URL but I can’t access on the new URL. Please let us know which is the correct one so that we could validate your website properly.

Hey,

The old one is just a redirect to the new one, so there is functionally no difference.

The URL’s are super similar, so if you look closely when you browse to either link, the same domain is shown.
