Revoke and reuse

I purchased the X license back in 2015 and used it for a while on my domain. Over the years I did not use the license for Ethos X and had other themes in use. I am now creating a new site and it is production and I will be using the Ethos X once again. I am receiving the message below. I have unlocked the license but cannot see where to revoke it apply it to my current production site. I would appreciate your assistance so I can utilize the Pro features as well that I just upgraded to.

Thanks for writing in! Please log in to your Themeco account and assign the license code to the new site URL. Once re assign, you should be able to validate the Pro theme installed in the assigned URL.
