Revlotuon Slider Update Caused Problem

Hi Team,

Today I updated Slider Revolution to version 5.4.6.5 and it caused significant issues. My sliders went away, the plugin apparently uninstalled (it could not be found on my wp-admin side panel, and showed the “install” button in X overview. However, when I tried to install, I got an error.

I went into my Godaddy settings and restored to a point prior to the Slider Rev install and it solves the problem. Now I am a bit gun-shy to install again.

How should I proceed?

Hi,

Try to login to ftp using filezilla then navigate to wp-content/plugins and delete revslider folder.

After that you can install revslider again via X > Overview

Don’t forget to create a full backup of your site before doing it.
