After upgrade my website, todu.my is erroring out 500. Since, it was built on an older version. Can you please revert back the upgrade.

Thanks for writing in! An Error 500 can mean PHP Exhaustion or that there are custom PHP code added in your child theme’s functions.php file that is no longer working. Please check out this troubleshooting article here and follow the instructions for the following sections (where appropriate):

If you just want t revert to the previously working site, you can contact your hosting provider. There is a feature in the hosting that you can revert your site changes and go back to a particular time or day and load the site backup.
By the way, we highly recommend that you create a staging site and clone your current live site. With the staging site, you can update the staging site first to Pro 5.1.5, double check for any errors or issues and then troubleshoot if there is some incompatibilities and issues. Once everything works perfect, you can proceed to update the live site.
