Rev Slider won't activate

Hi,
Ive just purchased my 22 x theme!!

However I have had an issue with this one. When I try to activate rev slider in my extensions, it says "go activate but it is not showing at at allin my plugins.
Then when I go back to my extensions it is still in “install” mode

Can you help?

Hi,

Thanks for writing in!

Can you provide us your FTP login in Secure Note so we can take a closer look.

Thanks

I wrote it in the secure note above, is that ok?

Hello There,

Thanks for updating in! Regretfully we still could not check because the ftp details is missing the ftp hostname.

To save you time, please log in to your ftp and browse to wp-content/plugins/. You must delete revslider folder. Once deleted, please go back to your WordPress backend and re install the Rev Slider in X > OverView > Extensions. It should be installed with no longer issues.

Please let us know how it goes.

removed by staff

Hello There,

Thanks for providing the information. I have logged in but I could not find the correct directory. Could you please point us to where you have installed your WP. And by the way, please also provide the url of your site using the secure note.

Thank you in advance.

Ok added to the secure note

Hi There,

I did check and notice that there’s no revslider folder. Did you remove it already or it is not even there from the first place? Can you give us wordpress admin credentials too? See image on the secure note to see which folder I checked. It would also help if you can get error log contents from your hosting provider. I tried to find the error log but not sure where it is.

Hi
No I have not touched the rev slider folder.
Ive added the login credintionals to the secure note.
It doesn’t give an error message, it just doesn’t show up in the plugins page when you activate from Extensions.
Craig

Hi Craig,

I have investigated this issue further and found out I cannot even upload files manually into your FTP account.

open for write: received failure with description 'Failure'
Error: File transfer failed

This could be either because of your server allocated hard disk space is over or web hosting related configuration issue. Please contact your hosting provider with regard to this issue.

Also as I have revoked your license and used our staff license for testing purposes, you need to re-validate your site as well.

Let us know how it goes.
Thanks!
