Rev slider - Where to find Problem Handlings options?

Hi,

My revolution slider seems to be working fine in the front end, however I have very inconsistent success with getting Cornerstone editor to load correctly, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn;t … (when it doesn’t I CAN use the skeleton option so it is not completely diablocial, but of course it is not great when it used to work before I updated.)

I also have some other issues and experiencing slow speed on the site.

So for all these reasons I am playing close attention to JS Console.

When I am in the Cornestone editor and it is trying to load, I get a strange message abotu the slider: Uncaught ReferenceError: revslider_showDoubleJqueryError is not defined

So I did some digging on here and found this thread which suggests to enable No Conflict Mode: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/essential-grid-and-revolution-slider-conflict/19441/2

So I want to do this, however, I can NOT for the life of me see where to access this setting? It is not in my Theme Options or Customiser, or the Revolution Slider Settings … Can I please be shown the exact path to get t this … you have shown the screen shot but not how to get to it …

NOTE - I am on latest version of WP, X and Cornestone…

Thank you.

OK update to this - I realise now that Troubleshooting is set for each individual slider, I was looking for a global setting …

This might save time and hassle for others who are be getting the JS Console error message (Uncaught ReferenceError: revslider_showDoubleJqueryError is not defined) you may not have to change it at the individual slider level… Because when I thought this was something we can do just once for all sliders, I was on Global Settings and near the top there is an option to Insert Javascript into Footer … when I turned this to ON … this fixed the JS Console error message I was getting…
