Rev slider videos stop when lightbox loads

Hi! We are using rev slider in Pro. We have a slider with two spinning records which loop. Each record is a link that loads content into a lightbox. When the lightbox loads, the records stop spinning and don’t restart once the lightbox closes. Is there any way to tell the records to resume spinning, or even to never stop in the first place? :slight_smile:

Thanks for writing to us.

It seems that the Spinning Records are the videos embedded without the controls. So whenever you are clicked into the records, the video gets paused and modal opens.

If you clicked it again after closing the Modal, you will see that it starts moving as the video getting started again.

Hello @jquinn33,

You can try by adding a transparent layer just above the video, and a modal will open on click event of that specific layer. So the layer will protect the video from clicking and will open up the modal as well.

You can also try by adding the video in the background and place the transparent layer as a slide, by clicking that slide modal will open up.
