Rev Slider Video Slide - NO SOUND

Im trying to place a video in the slider I can see how to do it and it looks great but no sound I see the mute setting, I turn off and refresh and nothing. NO Sound still. I tried all ways - You Tube, MPEG, Vimeo, Adding a video layer. all failed to play sound. IT has sound I checked that too.
