Rev slider video is working no more

Hi there,

on one of my websites there is the problem, that the rev slider with a video does not work anymore, which did not happen before. Everything was perfect. Now there is only a black column with a centered play button…
I have no idea, what might cause this issue. I already did disable this library button in the general settings of rev slider as you suggested in another topic about rev slider problems, but did not help.
Maybe you can hatte a look at it?

Thank you for reaching out to us. I checked your homepage and the video URL you’ve in the slider doesn’t exist anymore. Either it has been deleted or moved. Please upload your video again and use the new URL instead.

I’m attaching the video URL in a secure note. Let us know how this goes!

Hey Nabeel,

thanks a lot for checking! The slider did exist, but for whatever reason the system did not recognize.
So i made a new slider with the video, implemented it and now everything is working perfect.:slight_smile:
