How do I get the menu to still show with a full-screen rev-slider on top. When I try the menu disappears until I scroll. I want to menu to always be visible.

You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

So you’re saying it is suppose to be visible with the full-screen slider?

Apologies for the inconvenience, Please browse to your Slider revolution and open Slider setting. Select full-screen slide layout. Scroll down to Increase/Decrease Full Screen height option and add a class .masthead to that section.
